We offer consultations for both chronic and acute concerns.
As we assess your concerns during our interviews and consultations, we will need to know a lot about you.
This is an important step and may be decisive when
recommending a course of treatment for you. We will
ask you questions such as: How vital and energetic do
you feel? How does your sense of well-being (not any particular symptom) change as a result of environmental
or emotional factors? How are you affected, in general,
by temperature, weather, time of day, activity level,
eating and sleeping? What makes you feel better or worse? You may find that many of the questions we ask are different than those generally asked by your primary care provider.
1. A Comprehensive Initial Visit is usually two hours in length. Our time together will be spent learning about you and your unique set of circumstances.
A Therapeutic Focused Consultation is one hour in length and will address your main complaint.
3. A Follow up Consultation is half hour to one hour in length.
4. An Acute Care Consultation can be scheduled as the need arises.
Next Steps:After we gather all of the information from your visit, one of two things will happen:
1 - We study your case for up to a week. During this time, we may contact you for clarification or with more questions. We encourage you to contact us with information that may be recalled after the interview. Because we find that two
perspectives often provide a broader view, Miriam and Mary may consult with
each other about your case.
2 - We will make therapeutic recommendations for you at the close of our
Most remedies and therapeutics are included in the consultation fees and will be supplied by us.
